TIANHE Reverse Circulation Junk Basket (RCJB) is engineered to remove various types of small debris from the wellbore. This Reverse Circulation Junk Basket eliminates the risk of pulling a wet string during fishing operations due to its reverse drainage design. When equipped with a magnet insert, the Reverse Circulation Junk Basket can also function as a fish magnet while preserving its reverse fluid circulation capability. In operation, the TIANHE Reverse Circulation Junk Basket is typically attached to the bottom of the fishing string and lowered to a position several feet above the well bottom. Circulation is initiated to clean the hole using the Reverse Circulation Junk Basket; then circulation is halted and a steel ball is dropped. Once the ball seats in the valve, reverse fluid circulation begins: fluid moves outward and downward through the inner passage of the barrel and exits through vents at the lower end. It is then deflected toward the center of the Reverse Circulation Junk Basket and flows upward through return holes in the upper barrel section. This reverse circulation carries debris into the barrel above the junk catcher. Circulation is restarted, and the Reverse Circulation Junk Basket is slowly rotated while being lowered until a 10-inch core is cut. Rotation and circulation are then stopped, and the Reverse Circulation Junk Basket along with the collected junk is retrieved from the well.

• Handling non-magnetic objects: For non-magnetic materials such as tungsten carbide inserts or aluminum alloy parts, the Reverse Circulation Junk Basket offers a reliable recovery solution where magnetic tools are ineffective.

• Wellbore cleanout before workover: The Reverse Circulation Junk Basket is also used to clean out debris from the wellbottom prior to workover operations, ensuring a clear downhole environment for subsequent tasks.
